Is this a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) project?

Class	Type	Description
1a	Single dwelling	A single dwelling being a detached house, or one of a group of attached dwellings separated by a fire-resisting wall — e.g. a house, or a townhouse/terrace in a row.
1b	Small shared accommodation	Boarding house, guest house or hostel with a maximum of 12 occupants and 300m² floor area; or holiday accommodation with 4 or more dwellings on one allotment.
2	Apartments	A building containing two or more sole-occupancy units, where each unit is treated as a separate dwelling — e.g. a residential apartment building.
3	SDA Dwellings & Shared Accommodation	NDIS funded dwellings and residential building (other than a Class 1, 2 or 4) providing long-term or transient accommodation for unrelated people — e.g. Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), boarding houses, hotels, motels, backpacker accommodation.
4	Dwelling in a non-residential building	A single dwelling located within a building that is otherwise Class 5–9 — e.g. a caretaker's residence above a shop.
5	Office	A building used for professional or commercial purposes — e.g. solicitor's or consultant's offices, medical clinics.
6	Shop / retail / food premises	A building where goods are sold or services are provided directly to the public — e.g. shops, restaurants, cafés, hairdressers, showrooms, service stations.
7a	Carpark	A building used as a carpark.
7b	Warehouse / storage	A building used for storage, or the display of goods or produce for sale by wholesale — e.g. a warehouse.
8	Factory / laboratory	A building in which a manufacturing, production, or processing activity takes place — e.g. factories, laboratories, workshops, goods packing or cleaning operations.
9a	Health-care building	A health-care building, including any laboratories within it — e.g. hospitals, day surgery clinics.
9b	Assembly building	An assembly building, including a trade workshop or laboratory in a primary or secondary school — e.g. schools, universities, theatres, sports facilities, train stations.
9c	Aged care building	A residential care building — e.g. an aged care facility.
10a	Non-habitable structure	A non-habitable building such as a private garage, carport or shed.
10b	Structure	A structure that is a fence, mast, antenna, retaining wall, freestanding wall, or swimming pool.
10c	Private bushfire shelter	A private bushfire shelter.
